How the OMMA Card Renewal Works in Oklahoma
Renewing your OMMA card is simple. Complete the process from home in four easy steps.
Step 1: Schedule Your Appointment
Pick a convenient day and time using the form above. Appointments are available seven days a week, including evenings.
Step 2: Meet with a Licensed Physician
Connect with a board-certified, Oklahoma-licensed physician via a brief telemedicine video call. You can join from any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera.
Step 3: Receive Your Physician Recommendation
If approved, your signed physician recommendation is provided to you the same day. This is the document required by the state to renew your OMMA card.
Step 4: Submit Your Renewal to OMMA
Use your physician recommendation to complete your renewal application through the OMMA state portal. Your renewed card is typically issued within a few business days.
